SHIPPING

We will ship the goods within 48 hours, If you have a special request, please contact us, we will try to ship the goods in 24 hours.

Please note the following delivery time is for normal time. We will make adjustments when special situations occur.

You will receive the products in about 5-7 days after you place an order. For shipment by DHL or UPS from China to USA, Spain, and most European Countries.
For orders above 10 PCS large tote bags, shipment via 25-30 days from China to USA is available, the freight is much cheaper(about a half).

All items are shipped from our China Warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent out once your place the order. Neotoot can dispatch orders on the working time of working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday but don’t include the days of national holidays. Please notice this when you place an order.
 
Please note:
We can’t ship goods to PO Boxes. Please make sure you don’t use this as a shipping address.

RETURNS:

Please choose your products carefully as all sales are final and we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. All product dimensions and details are listed on each product’s page to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing.

FAULTY ITEMS / WARRANTY:

There is almost no defective bag because we will check one by one for any order. If your item has arrived faulty, please mail admin@neotoot.com with the image of defective soon. We will complete the relevant documentation and organize an exchange or make the refund.

Our warranty period for faulty items is 3 months.
