31. After installing a ink cartridge for the Samsung SCX4216 MFP, the printer prints but the Fax will not print?
This can be resolved by pushing the menu button,then immediately typing "#1934", then on the menu, arrow down to "New Cartridge", press "enter", when asked have you installed a new Cartridge press "yes".Press "enter" again. The Fax light should disappear.Then on the menu type "#1934" again, which will take you back to the main menu.
