24. Why does the printer window display the ink volume of the newly installed inkjet printer cartridge the same as the old cartridge?

The ink volume of printer window displayed is that of the original cartridge. Refresh the window, and you should see the new volume.
The cartridge installation has not been done correctly. Follow the instructions and reload the inkjet printer cartridge.
