Generally,All remanufactured products are assembled with new drums. Chips (in required cartridges) are replaced to new. We guarantee that all other parts are 100% in good condition and tested before assemble. Damaged parts will replace by new ones.

If the defective rate of products is 5% or more, we agree to take back the whole type of the defective models, and return to you your payment including freight costs.
